# How can I share a screen recording with the Meminto support team?

To help the Meminto team with support requests via video, please use the following link:

You can record a video directly on your device without installing any software to show the issue. The video is uploaded securely to our server and deleted by support staff once the problem is resolved.

Please note the video should be no longer than 5 minutes. You can share your camera, microphone, and screen:
