# How Does "Scan to Listen" with the QR Code Work?

|| Meminto offers a Scan-to-Listen feature that lets you share your stories not only in writing, but also through audio using a QR code printed in your book.

* When a reader scans the QR code with their phone camera, they can listen to the author’s story directly.

###### What Happens When You Record or Upload Audio

* Once you record or upload an audio, Meminto automatically creates a **QR code** linked to that recording. This QR code is printed in your book next to the related story.

**Step-by-Step Instructions**

* Record your audio or upload an existing audio file.
* Click **Save**.

* Go to **My Books**.
* Click **Preview**.
* The QR code will appear in the book preview.

###### How Readers Use It

* The QR code is printed in the final book.
* Readers scan the QR code using their phone’s camera.
* They can instantly **listen to the author’s story through audio**.
