Edit images (Change image sizes and crop them)
Delete images
In the editor, images can be placed freely – either full-width or in two columns.
To upload a new image, click on one of the two image icons. (Either at the very bottom of the editor or after clicking the "+" icon next to a block element on the left.)
You can now simply drag an image into the window or add it from your files.
We recommend a minimum image width of 2000px for a crisp print result.
You can also upload all your images at once to the media library to directly select the images from the library.
In the editor, you select the tab Image Gallery.
You can edit the image right when uploading by clicking on the pencil icon. Here, you can also change the name.
Save your changes by clicking on “Save changes” in the bottom left corner.
To edit the image before it gets uploaded, click on “Edit file” in the upper right corner.
Now you can rotate, flip, zoom in or out, or change the format of the image.
To undo something, click on the second icon from the left.
When you are satisfied with your editing, click on the checkmark on the left.
Our new editor lets you adjust the size and ratio of your image afterwards in the editor itself.
Once the image has been added in the editor, the image format can be adjusted.
Two-column images can only be adjusted in height. Full-width images can also be adjusted in width.
After setting the desired image format, you can adjust the image section using the "Plus" and "Minus" buttons.
To delete an image in the editor, click on the corresponding image and then on the trash icon.
To permanently delete an image, it must first be removed from all answers in which it is used. Then it must be deleted from the media library.
