I would like to speak with a real person from support. Is that possible?
The Meminto support AI obtains its information from our helpdesk and the Meminto website. You can speak to it like a person, but you should formulate your questions clearly and directly. One-word requests usually do not lead to good results!
If you want to speak with an employee, just write that in a message. If a support employee is available, they will join the conversation shortly. It is not necessary to send another email or start a new chat. Please note that we are only personally available on weekdays. Requests made on weekends will be answered after we return.
The employees’ support hours are Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. German time, sometimes a little earlier or later.
Thank you for your patience if no one is immediately available. Often we receive multiple requests at the same time, which we handle in order.
