How to increase the number of contributors that can access my book?
Every paid book package, whether digital or print, includes access for up to 35 contributors. If your project requires more contributors, you can easily expand this limit by following a few simple steps.
To add additional contributors to your book, the following costs apply:
0.50 EUR per contributor
Minimum increase: 25 contributors (costing 12.50 EUR)
This means that any request to increase the number of contributors must be made in increments of 25. For example:
Adding 25 contributors will cost 12.50 EUR.
Adding 50 contributors will cost 25.00 EUR.
And so on.
To increase the number of contributors allowed for your book, you'll need to contact our support team. You have two options:
Crisp Chat App: You can reach out directly through the Crisp Chat app on our website. Simply start a conversation, and one of our support agents will assist you with the process.
Customer Support Email: Alternatively, you can send an email to our customer support team at Meminto Support. Please include your book's details and the number of additional contributors you wish to add.
Once your request is received and processed, the additional contributors will be added to your account, and the corresponding charge will be applied.
The new contributors will have the same access as the initial 35 contributors.
Ensure that you clearly state the number of additional contributors you need when contacting support.
