How to Delete an Audio Recording from the Media Library?

Delete an Audio Recording from the Media Library

1. Go to Media Library.

2. Select the audio recording you want to delete.

3. Click the question associated with that recording.

4. Click the six-dot menu (⋮⋮).
5. Select Delete to remove the recording from the answer.

Return to the Media Library. The audio recording will no longer be linked to a question, and you can now delete it from the Media Library.

Note: An audio recording must first be removed from the question it is attached to before it can be deleted from the Media Library.

Instead:

• Open the answer that contains the recording.
• Click the six-dot menu (⋮⋮) next to the audio recording.
• Select Delete.
• After deleting it from the question, return to the Media Library, where you can now permanently delete the recording.

Note: Once an audio recording has been permanently deleted from the Media Library, it cannot be recovered.
